Gladys Lopez

NASLCC Leadership:  Corporate Advisory Chair 

Gladys Lopez is the Senior Manager for Supplier Diversity.  Gladys is responsible for supplier diversity strategic planning, diversity sourcing & procurement, education, and outreach. She acts as the department’s liaison to the Hilton Supply Management Organization.

Gladys has a strong background in supplier diversity, diversity and inclusion, strategic sourcing, and supply chain.

Before joining Hilton Supply Management in 2018, she held various positions in the public and private sector to include supplier diversity, subcontract administration, and procurement.

Gladys holds a B.A. degree from Georgetown University, an M.A. degree in legal administration from Marymount University, an Advanced Professional Certificate in Corporate Management from Western International University, a Certificate in Diversity & Inclusion from Cornell University, among other professional degrees and certificates.

Gladys served a two-year term on the Board of The Financial Services Roundtable for Supplier Diversity, serving as secretary and vice chair. She is the Chair of the Corporate Advisory Board of the National Association of State Latino Chambers of Commerce (NASLCC), NMSDC Business Consortium Fund, Inc., Board Member, National Veteran-Owned Business Association, Board Member, and Disability:IN, Procurement Council Member.

Gladys is an active member of the National Minority Supplier Development Council, the US Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce, the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council, US Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the National Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce and the local affiliates of several of these organizations.

LATINA Style, Inc., listed Gladys on the Top 12 Corporate LATINA Executives for 2018. She is featured in the Hispanic Executives Magazine, DiversityPlus Magazine, the Minority BusinessNews USA, among others and received numerous awards and accolades for her commitment and work to advance supplier diversity.
